Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, what information is collected when you visit this site or buy The Pricing Atlas, why it is collected, and what you can do about it. You do not need to create an account to buy or read the Atlas.
Who is responsible
The Pricing Atlas is sold by Adriana Danaila ("I", "me"), operating as The Gentle Hustle. I am based in Romania, so European data protection rules (GDPR) apply to the personal information I handle.
What is collected, and why
Order information. When you buy the Atlas, ThriveCart (the checkout you go through) processes your payment and collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details. Payment details like card numbers are handled entirely by the payment provider and never reach me. I receive a record of your purchase (name, email, what was bought, when) so I can grant you access, send the product to you, and support you if something goes wrong. The legal basis is performing the contract you enter by buying.
Email address, if you join my list. At checkout you can tick a box to receive updates and new case studies by email. You are only added if you tick it. Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe; you can also ask me to delete your address at any time. The legal basis is your consent.
No website analytics. This site does not use analytics, cookies for tracking, or advertising tools. Fonts are served from this site itself, so visiting it does not send your details to third parties.
What is NOT collected
This site has no login, no advertising trackers and no profiling. I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Who else processes your data
Only service providers strictly necessary to run this: ThriveCart (the checkout that takes the payment and delivers the product) and Google (Gmail), which I use to send and receive email. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and processes data only on my instructions.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the product, handle support questions and meet accounting and tax obligations. Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP). I answer every request.
