Welcome! These terms are written in plain language so you know exactly what you are buying. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

What you are buying

The Pricing Atlas is a digital product: 32 real illustration case studies laid out with the fee quoted, the licence sold, the client and the negotiation behind each one, plus the supporting tools described on the sales page. It is delivered online, right after payment — nothing is shipped to you.

Price and payment

The price is a one-time payment of $37. There are no recurring charges and no upsells. Payment is processed through the ThriveCart checkout; your payment details are handled by ThriveCart and the payment processor it uses, and never reach me. Where VAT applies to your country, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay, and your receipt includes it. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may apply its own currency conversion.

Lifetime updates

When new case studies or materials are added to the Atlas, you get them at no extra cost, for as long as the product exists. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product: if the Atlas is ever discontinued, you will be given reasonable notice and a way to download your copy.

Your licence

Your purchase buys a personal, non-exclusive licence for you as an individual illustrator. You may read it, quote from it and use the pricing knowledge in your own client work. You may not resell it, share your access, upload it anywhere, redistribute the files, or use the case studies to train or build a competing product or dataset. The material and the case studies remain my property.

Instant access and your cancellation right

Because the Atlas is delivered immediately after payment, you expressly ask for and consent to receiving the digital content right away. Under EU consumer law this means that, once delivery starts, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies. If your payment did not go through as expected, or you were charged twice, contact me and it will be fixed or refunded.

Earnings disclaimer

The fees shown in the Atlas come from real projects, but they are examples — not a promise or guarantee of what you will earn. What you charge depends on your work, your clients, your market and how you apply what you learn. Nothing on this site is financial or legal advice.

No sharing of client-identifying details

Some case studies describe real clients. Client names may be shortened or anonymised where the agreement requires it. The Atlas is for your learning; it does not give you the right to contact those clients or republish the cases.
